Confirmation Preparation

CHANGES ARE HAPPENING!!

The age of Confirmation has been lowered from 10th grade to 8th grade across the Archdiocese of Boston. This coming year, we will be Confirming our 8th, 9th and 10th graders.

8th and 9th graders (as well as 10th, 11th and 12th graders who would like to receive Confirmation) will begin preparation for Confirmation in November and receive the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday March 29, 2025. Classes will be held on Sunday evening from 6:15-7:45pm. The format of the evenings will include speakers, small group discussions and various prayer experiences. Parents will join the teens for the last Confirmation session.

March Confirmation Prep sessions will be held on the following dates:
November 17
December 15
January 12
February 2
February 23
March 9
March 23 - Parent and Students together
March 29 - Confirmation Ceremonies

If you have any questions contact Matthew Bensman. Please help spread the word about this change in Confirmation age with your friends and neighbors.
