Safe environment training, Protecting God’s Children (PGC), is a requirement put forward by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops in their landmark, 2002 document, ‘Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People,’ which is available on www.usccb.org.
All our volunteers are required to take this one-time training. If you have not taken PGC, please register for one of the sessions listed below:
- Fri, Jul 12 at 10:00am
- Tue, Jul 30 at 7:00pm
- Sun, Aug 18 at 6:00pm
- Mon, Sep 9 at 10:00am
All training sessions will be here at Holy Family in the Parish Center.
To sign up for training:

- Click on “First-time Registrant”
- Begin the registration process
- Select “Boston, MA (Archdiocese)”
- Sign up
- Then click “Register for Training”
- Select the date & time of the training you wish to attend.
